Returns Policy
You can return most new, unused, and unworn items within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Items must be returned with all original packaging, including tags and any accessories.
Sale items and personalized products are non-returnable.
Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
How to Return an Item:
Contact our customer service team at service@goldenauz.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions for shipping the item back.
Ship the item back to the provided return address. Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after we receive your returned item. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, as long as the order has not shipped. If your cancellation request is received before shipping and within the specified window, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Exchanges Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Eligibility: Exchanges are available only for items that meet our return criteria (unused, in original condition, etc.).
Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for both the returned item and the replacement item. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure safe delivery.
How to Exchange an Item:

Inform us of the new size or item you would like to exchange for. If it is in stock, we will proceed with the exchange.
Follow the return process to ship back the original item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
